3. Refund Processing
   Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will start processing the refund as soon as possible:
   Refund method: The refund will be returned to your original payment account, and the processing time is usually 5-10 business days.
   Shipping: Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as wrong shipment or product defect).
